Any message typed into the information request form will also be collected. When users call a subscribing dealer with the phone number provided, the calls may be recorded. Cellular information will be collected from these calls including length of call, time of call, the number called from, the number called to, and the content of the call.

How We Use This Information

We use this information to submit requests about listings on our Site to the Subscribing dealers. We also use this information to contact you about your experience and to update you on any relevant information; which you can always opt out of at any time. We also use the information to improve your experience on the Site. The subscribing dealers use the information you send through the Site to respond to your inquiries about listings and offers on the Site.

Request for information is sent to the dealers as an Auto-Lead Data Format AKA ADF lead. You agree that we can rely on third-party ADF lead sharing by you & the subscribing dealer and we are not obligated to authorize your interaction.

Keeping your information safe and secure is a primary goal and we take many steps to achieve this. Including security methods to ensure the safety of the data collected. Your information cannot be accessed by unauthorized personnel. We must comply with legal requests and may share in that event. There are no guarantees for security against all threats.
